The all-in-one app provides a direct link to a local Sam McMauley Chemist, allowing the user to upload their prescription to the system and order it for collection. Once the prescription is ready, the app will send a notification to your phone and can be collected with the original prescription at the customers convenience. The app also allows customers to message the pharmacist with queries about their medicines and receive medication reminders.
Launching the app, Geraldine Ramage Group Superintendent Pharmacist for Sam McCauley Chemists, said It will revolutionise medication managment. “It will be very beneficial for parents of young children or those caring for the elderly as the will have the medication history of those they are caring for on their phone.
