“The 20 year anniversary marks an important milestone for the Riverside Park Hotel as we look back on our incredible journey to date.
Colm Neville owner has continually invested in the Hotel to improve the product and service offered to its customers. When The Riverside Park Hotel opened as a 3 Star Failte Ireland Hotel in 1998 it had 60 bedrooms, The Promenade Bar, Moorings restaurant and Ballroom. Over the last 20 Years the hotel has transformed into one of the finest 4 Star hotels in the South East, with 100 Bedrooms including a Penthouse Suite, Junior Suites, Couples Deluxe Rooms, state of the art family rooms and Leisure Club with pool, kids pool, sauna, steam rooms and Jacuzzi. The hotel now offers its customers a variety of dinning experiences from The Prom Bar, Moorings Restaurant and Alamo Steakhouse.
The last 20 Years the Hotel has grown its conference business starting with one meeting room in 1998 the hotel has developed and now can offer up to 700 Theatre style and has an offering of 5 conference rooms and has catered for international and national conferences.
Over 2000 wedding couples have celebrated their special day at the Riverside Park Hotel, what better privilege in our 20 Years as to Win South East Wedding Venue of the Year 2017 and Wedding Coordinator of the Year 2017. The Ballroom this year has seen a complete transformation with mood lit ceiling, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful River Slaney, pure tranquillity.

It is with great pride that we have grown our employee numbers from 60 to currently over 200 and to be able to have 6 staff that have being here since the very minute the doors open until today, Head Chef Dave Anderson, Chefs Tom Croke, John Roche, Mary Pepper and Bar Supervisor Caroline Rowe is a great achievement. Jim accredits the success of the past twenty years to the hard work and dedication from all the staff, as well as the loyal support of our valued customers. The quality of our employees and of their highly skilled work continues to receive very positive feed-back from our customers who highly value our service delivery”.

1998: The hotel opened as a Failte Ireland 3 Star Property with 60 Bedrooms, 60 Staff.
2004: Seen the addition of the Riverside Leisure club and Alamo Steakhouse, 80 Staff
2008: Addition of the Penthouse Suite, 100 staff.
2011: Awarded Failte Ireland 4 Star and addition of four family rooms, 120 staff.
2014: Addition of 20 bedrooms and The Seamus Rafter Suite, ,146 staff.
2017: Expansion of the Prom Bar and an additional 22 Bedrooms, including Family rooms, Couples Deluxe rooms and Junior Suites, 194 staff.
2018: Hilton Edwards Ballroom transformation, 204 staff.
From local feedback the effect of the last 20 years of expansion has been felt by businesses on the streets of Enniscorthy town from retailers and tourism suppliers alike bringing new customers to everyone in the Enniscorthy and Wexford. The local Enniscorthy and district customer have of course been central to the Riverside Park Hotels expansion and the hotel is very appreciative of the continued custom they bring to the hotel every day.
