This part time diploma in People Management comprises of six modules, each is delivered over three days. The Diploma in Management Effectiveness & Practice aims to provide knowledge and skill development in delivering supervisory leadership and management in a modern commercial environment. Tailored specifically for those in or seeking supervisory/team lead roles, the programme provides a complementary set of modules which allow the student to explore topics such as personal effectiveness, team leadership and change management. In support of the learning experience and resulting application of learning to the student’s workplace, the programme is based on continuous assessment methodologies and offers an opportunity to gain accreditation through a balanced attendance at class based lectures/ workshops and work based assignments and learning guidance. This course is aimed at people working at operational level in both the Hospitality Industry and Food Manufacturing Industry. This course consists of 8 hours, followed by an assessment of 1 hour duration. On completion of the course, successful participants are awarded a certificate from the Environmental Health Association of Ireland.
Management of Food Hygiene – 18th 25th Feb, 4th & 11th March – €350.00 (4 Day Course)

The programme is designed to benefit Catering Managers, Supervisors, Executive and Head Chefs in the Hospitality Industry, Health Sector, Retail Sector, Delicatessens, Industrial and Institutional Catering Units. It will also benefit Personnel & Training Officers in large scale Hospitality and Catering Organisations and College Lecturers in Tourism and Food Beverage Management subjects.

Manual Handling Instructors – 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th & 12th March (5 Day Course)

This 5 Day Manual Handling Instruction course will equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to effectively design and deliver manual handling training in the workplace, as a Manual Handling Instructor. Participants are trained in instructional skills techniques, as well as the theoretical and practical aspects of manual handling. Gain a FETAC Level 6 qualification as a Manual Handling Instructor. 
The Big Red Book Computerised Accounts/Big Red Cloud – 27th March & 3rd April (2 Day Course)

This course aims to provide participants with the skills necessary to use Big Red Book accounts to its full potential. Practical, methodical and very easy to understand approach.
