Are you concerned about your mental health, that of an employee, business colleague, a family member or friend? Are you thinking of see a mental health professional?  Are you confused about all the different types of therapists out there? Psychiatrist, psychologist, psychoanalyst, psychotherapist – many people are perplexed by the preponderance of p-words in the mental health profession.  Dr. Laurena Nally will talk us through this complex system and will discuss some of the concerns that would bring someone to see a professional in light of our busy schedules and ever-changing busy environments.

Dr. Nally is the director of Clody Psychological Services which offers a range of mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and families.  Dr. Nally, a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland is committed to helping you to achieve the best outcome by working together to create a treatment plan based on your individual needs.  Laurena is adept at working with mood disorders and suicidal ideation, anxiety disorders, physical health problems and other difficulties.  Laurena’s skill set also includes extensive work with a forensic population.
